Shipping Policy

State Regulations

Due to state regulations, we will not be able to ship items to the following states.

All Vape sales have been banned to the following locations:

• States - Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Maryland, Utah, and Vermont 

while other areas of the country, packages will be processed normally.

Estimated Transit Times

• Western Half of the US - 3-8 business days* in transit
• Eastern Half of the US - 6-15 business days* in transit
• International Packages - No estimate available, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (If you have not received any updates, please contact your local customs agency).

Late Shipments:
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. 
These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.
